Fabulous Faces

If you love using faces in your art but you struggle with the basics or need fresh and fun ideas to take your portraits further, this course is for you! We'll begin with the basics of creating a well-proportioned face and look at how to add shade and highlights, and we'll explore working with stencils as a great starting point for the less confident drawer. Then we take it further with more imaginative and abstract designs! Learn how to make a Warhol-inspired multi-layered gel print, how to paint a wonderfully whimsical Frida, how to draw a free expressive face with bold mark marking, and how to make an amazing 3D African-inspired mask! We'll explore a variety of media including pastels, acrylics, coloured pencil, and even air dry clay!

The course includes two bonus Printables, lifetime access and downloadable content for all lessons.
